ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

APDI, just like any other reputable association, has been well-structured to ensure effective management and realisation of the vision of the Association.
The association is made of three organs or bodies namely the assembly general, council of administration and the bureau. 
The bureau (office) but in this context the executive board is made of the President and the Vice-President who are by default the first directors of the association, the secretary and the treasure (also directors). This body is charged with the execution of the operational functions as well as financial matters of the association. The elaborated powers and functions are enacted in the Constitution soon to be made available on the website.


The bureau is the organizational head led by the President of the association and amply assisted by the Vice-President.
Following the hierarchy or chain of authority is the council of administration, this body is made up of members of the bureau and administrators composed of the subscribers of the association as well as  those elected subsequently by the general assembly in accordance with the constitution of the Association. This body is in charge of deliberating on the operational functions as well as financial matters.
•The general assembly is made up of the ordinary members of the association; associated members, benevolent members and honorary members. Some of its functions are; approval of account, ratification of contracts between the association and one of its directors, appointment and removal of the director, deliberation on the perspectives of the association.
